Team Trump masters time management, so don't bother them
The worst domestic mass shooting in modern American history is the wrong time to talk about gun control, Trump says.
He's right.
Who are you going to believe: Trump, or some guy named Mark Kelly who is married to a former Arizona Congresswoman?
And so was his EPA administrator Scott Pruitt who said the aftermath of Houston's record-setting flooding was the wrong time to get off-topic and talk about climate change.
And certainly what Hurricane Maria did to Puerto Rico would be a terrible time to address climate change since Trump is there right now telling Puerto Ricans the real issue is spare change, not climate change, because Uncle Sam is getting stuck with storm bills Puerto Rico is running up in a second-rate 'disaster.'
Look, there's a time and a place for everything, so let these leaders make the call.

Time management is the issue, because if Trump had to put down his putter and his phone to read up on and take charge of big issues like climate change and gun control which a majority of Americans want addressed - - but didn't he come through and prevent Hillary from abolishing the Second Amendment? - - where would he find the time to apply his special analytical, executive and humanitarian skills which he laid out on Twitter?
It's all about time management.
And the same is true for all the pressure on the EPA's Pruitt.
How could he take on climate change with so many responsibilities already scheduled, as The New York Times has explained just today:

That evening, it was on to BLT Prime, a steakhouse inside the Trump International Hotel in Washington, for a meal with the board of directors of Alliance Resource Partners, a coal-mining giant whose chief executive donated nearly $2 million to help elect President Trump.
Before those two agenda items, Mr. Pruitt met privately with top executivesand lobbyists from General Motors to talk about their request to block an Obama administration move to curb emissions that contribute to climate change.
It was just a typical day for Mr. Pruitt, the former Oklahoma attorney general.Bottom line: Don't interrupt their tee times, tea times and Tee-Vee time.
